Mrs. Carter, a native of Baton Rouge, LA, is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in English.  She resided in Shreveport, LA, for over 9 years and began her career in the insurance industry, working with marketing and event coordinating.

 

Mrs. Carter and her husband relocated to Baton Rouge in 2007 when she joined the PPA team.  She is also an active member of the Louisiana Society of Association Executives.

 

Maria Redmond

Mrs. Redmond is a graduate of Instituto Belga-Guatemalteco, Guatemala City, Guatemala, where she received an Elementary School Teacher Certificate. 

 

Mrs. Redmond joined Phyllis Perron and Associates in 2001.  Prior to that she worked for the General Health System for 15 years.  Mrs. Redmond assists our team as an association assistant for PPA.

 

Pam Gaspard 

Bookkeeper

Mrs. Gaspard has just re-joined PPA in 2005.  She previously worked for PPA in 1997 and 1998 as an association assistant. Mrs. Gaspard attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana where she pursued an accounting degree. 

 

Mrs. Gaspard previously worked as the data processing coordinator at Columbia Women’s and Children’s Hospital and she also was the bookkeeper for Rayner Learning Center.

 

She participates on our team as the bookkeeper for PPA and several association clients.
