Meeting and Event Planning Services
PPA has experience in organizing successful and productive seminars/workshops and meetings, with acute attention placed on all details including better quality at a lower cost. In addition, as continuing education in the work place becomes a more important aspect for industry and professions, PPA continues to research ways to provide them training in the latest regulations, laws and other current trends. PPA organizes and implements programs for several organizations each year which offer continuing education credits. .
New Association / Organization Formation
PPA has provided management services not only to existing associations, but also has played a key role in the formation of many others. PPA’s experience in member recruitment, financial management and association development provides the initiative and support in the growth of an association.
As technology evolves in the association industry, association websites become more valuable to members. PPA recognizes the role of social media in associations and has “revamped” and “restructured” several association websites to make them more current and more user friendly to members. PPA has integrated social media, including FaceBook, twitter, and use of QR Codes in promotional material, into to several association websites and association marketing efforts.
Graphic Design & Production
PPA offers a wide variety of desktop publishing services: design and production of brochures, creating visual presentations (Power Point), newsletters, and press releases. PPA offers the creativeness to put the polishing touches on any project.
